Nestled in the heart of Quebec, the d’Eschambault family embarked on their maple syrup journey. Guided by André, their Master Syrup Maker, and inspired by the vibrant spirit of the maple grove, they unearthed the essence of their trees. Thus, REBELLE was born—a yearly homage to nature's allure. Rebelle organic maple syrup boasts a uniquely vibrant and complex sweetness, mirroring nature's ever-changing tapestry.
